Today's Boom! Tune of the Day is "Blood From The Air" by Coil, from their 1986 LP, Horse Rotorvator which was released by Relativity (Originally on Force & Form / K.422).

"Death, he is my friend... promised me a quick end."

Often engaging in the occult or clandestine, ritualistic or subversive subject matter in lyrics and imagery, the group was quite prolific and their music ranged from abstract noise to hypnotic drone to lush soundtrack work.
