Today's Boom! Tune of the Day is "Brain Smashing Dub" by Linton Kwesi Johnson, from his 1980 Island Records LP, LKJ In Dub.

This one is from the dub-poet extraordinaire, mixed and dubbed by London based legend at the mix-board, Dennis Bovell. The original vocal version is "Fite Dem Back" from 1979's Forces Of Victory.
