Renegade Sound Wave "Kray Twins"

Renegade Sound Wave - Kray Twins / Renegade Theme (1987 Rhythm King Records)

I had previously recorded Boom! Tune of the Day daily on Instagram, so I'll be recycling some of those tunes, as well as digging for new ones... enjoy!

Renegade Sound Wave "Kray Twins" (Original Boom! Tune Of The Day from October 24, 2017)

Today's Boom! Tune of the Day is "Kray Twins" by Renegade Sound Wave, from the 1987 Rhythm King Records single, Kray Twins / Renegade Theme.

This one is a proto-trip-hop monster about the real-life gangsters who were notorious in London's 1960's underground. The group formed after the breakup of Rema Rema / Mass, when members Gary Asquith and Danny Briottet would form R.S.W. and the remaining members, Mark Cox and Michael Allen, would form The Wolfgang Press.
